Shipping policy

**Where We Ship**
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are unable to ship to other countries at this time.
**Production Time**
All Pitcher Perfect Pro orders are custom-decorated to order. Standard production time is 14 days from order confirmation and artwork approval. Production time does not include shipping transit time. Large orders, complex multi-product orders, or orders requiring special materials may take longer; we will notify you if your order requires extended production time.
Vehicle wraps follow a separate timeline that includes design approval, material preparation, and scheduled installation. We will provide a wrap-specific schedule with your quote.
**Shipping Options and Carriers**
We primarily ship via USPS for domestic orders. Standard, Economy, and where available expedited options are presented at checkout based on the contents of your order. Carrier and service level may vary by destination.
Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
**Local Pickup and Delivery (Salt Lake Metro)**
- Free pickup is available at our Draper, UT location by appointment (please call or text 801-919-8718 to schedule)
- Free local delivery is available within the Salt Lake metropolitan area for orders of 25 or more items
Local options are presented at checkout when your shipping address is within the eligible area.
**Order Tracking**
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate after you receive the shipment notification.
**Shipping to Canada**
International orders to Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the prices or shipping costs at checkout. Delivery times to Canada vary based on customs processing.
**Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages**
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your building's package room, and inspect the delivery address on your order. If the package cannot be located after 48 hours, contact us at info@pitcherperfectpro.com so we can open a carrier investigation.
For packages damaged in transit, retain the packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage to file a carrier claim.
**Address Accuracy**
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges will apply.
