How to Submit Your Logo
Email your logo file to quotes@pitcherperfectpro.com with the subject line "Logo Upload — [Your Company Name]".
Include in your email:
- Your company name
- Your logo file(s)
- What products you're ordering (or a link to your order)
- Any color preferences or special instructions
Artwork Requirements

Don't Have a Clean Logo File?
That's okay. Send us whatever you've got — even a photo of a business card or a screenshot from your website. We offer free artwork cleanup on every order. Our team will recreate or clean up your logo and send you a proof for approval before anything goes to production.
Artwork Specs by Decoration Type
- Embroidery: Vector preferred. We digitize your logo for stitch-ready production. Simple, clean designs embroider best.
- DTF Printing: 300 DPI minimum, transparent PNG ideal. Full-color and photo-quality prints supported.
- Screen Printing: Vector or high-res PNG. Fewer colors = lower cost per piece.
- Laser Engraving: Vector required (AI/SVG). Single-color, line-art designs work best.
