1. Pick items people will wear
Most teams start with a hat, a polo or tee, and a hoodie or quarter-zip. Many teams choose recognizable brands like Carhartt, Nike and TravisMathew.
2. Collect sizes once
Send one form or spreadsheet with each person's size. Sizes and colors can mix within each item's minimum of 12, and one price covers S through 3XL. Our polos and puffy vest also come in women's fits that count toward the same 12. Every product page has a size chart. Because everything is made with your logo, sizes can't be exchanged after you approve the proof, so check the chart before you order.
3. Set a budget per person

4. Get approval in one step
Your digital proof shows your logo on every item and arrives within one business day. Share it with whoever signs off; nothing is made until you approve it.
5. Work back from your date
Delivery is 3–4 weeks from proof approval. For a start date or an event, order about five weeks ahead. If you're closer than that, rush is about 2 weeks, quoted case by case: call or text 877-343-3166 with your date before you order.
New hires later
